Troocoo have partnered with a leading Brisbane-based communications agency to find an experienced Communications Consultant to join their dynamic, growing team.

About the Role
As a Consultant you will be at the forefront of client engagement, providing strategic advice and delivering high-quality communication solutions. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to ensure the success of client campaigns. With 3-5+ years of experience, you will work with diverse industries, handling multiple client accounts while providing proactive advice, managing projects, and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by offering tactical communications advice. Proactively identify opportunities and issues, providing strategic solutions. Lead client meetings and provide advice tailored to clients' needs. Develop communication strategies in line with clients' objectives, oversee the implementation of activities, and maintain strong media contacts. Deliver high-quality work within set timeframes. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities within your existing network. Assist with preparing and presenting proposals and pitch documents. Continuously develop interpersonal communication skills and expand your expertise in the communications field. Ideal Candidate:
3-5+ years' experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of the communications profession and the media landscape. Exceptional writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate strategic advice. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time and within budget. Experience in project scoping, budgeting, and using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or government. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards of professionalism. Benefits:
