About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our talented, driven and collaborative Lotteries Marketing team who is embarking on a long-term vision to maximise the commercial potential of one of Australia's longest running and most recognised charitable Lotteries.
The role will focus on developing and implementing loyalty marketing strategies that drive the engagement, retention and growth of loyal customers within our subscription program. The role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our loyalty initiatives and driving commercial performance by executing omnichannel campaigns and optimising the member experience.

Some of the exciting things you will do: Campaign Creation and Optimisation: Focused on email, mail and SMS to support the growth and tenure of our loyal customers, you will craft engaging and relevant content, build, execute and report on assigned marketing campaigns to drive commercial performance and reduce churn.
Brand: As the loyalty programs brand champion, you will be responsible for the development of the loyalty programs brand and its benefits to ensure that the brand's messaging across all channels is cohesive and drives awareness to support the acquisition and retention of our members.
Experimentation: Working closely with the product and tech team to deliver conclusive experiments that test different loyalty program levers to understand the behaviour of existing customers. You will apply a test and learn approach to agreed initiatives across owned channels.
Channel Management: Strategise, plan and execute the owned channel marketing calendar to support customer lifecycle retention strategies. You'll:
Report on channel and subscriber performance and key success metrics.Identify opportunities for optimisation, collaborate and manage the end-to-end campaign delivery in conjunction with relevant partners and stakeholders.Develop and execute assigned marketing promotions and offers in conjunction with stakeholders to support the acquisition and retention of existing supporters.Data Mindset: We are commercial for a cause and everything we do needs to drive brand awareness and revenue for people with disability. You will need to be comfortable using CRM technology, briefing in required dashboards and reporting requirements to support your channels and sales data tools such as Power BI to analyse campaign performance to support decision making.
Financial Management: Every dollar counts so you will need to demonstrate that you can work with your leader to efficiently use our marketing budget to achieve the best returns as well as ensuring all activities are executed within budget.
Team Culture: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to contribute to a culture of positive engagement to achieve the best outcomes.
Regulatory Compliance: Responsible for supporting your leader in ensuring that assigned campaign activity complies with internal policies and procedures including data security, legal, compliance and brand.
What we are looking for: 5+ years' marketing experience with at least 3 years in growth marketing developing and executing omni channel customer lifecycle marketing roadmaps.Experience in developing and executing data driven marketing campaigns in conjunction with digital teams to support commercial and lifecycle marketing campaigns.Experience in making a commercial impact and marketing effectiveness including ROI and revenue performance forecasting.Exposure to marketing effectiveness: ROI, LTV and budget management.Experience working with marketing test and learn constructs to deliver conclusive learnings.Knowledge of Braze or similar CRM technology highly desirable.Demonstrated experience understanding data and analytics.
