About your new Role As part of the Lending team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing new commercial property, including: Developing relationships with developers, brokers, valuers and other external sources. Recommending service providers for lending and providing relevant submissions to the Chief Risk Officer. Negotiating terms, conditions and pricing of facilities with Borrowers. Overseeing the preparation of loan submissions for presentation to the Lending Committee. Managing loans from approval to settlement, construction drawdowns, and then repayment, including dealing with & instructing all professionals (e.g., Valuer, QS, Engineers & solicitors). Monitoring ongoing covenants to ensure loans are compliant with policies and procedures. Reporting to the Executive, Lending, Treasury and Work out Committees, and the Board. About you You are a professional who has been working in commercial lending and are passionate about the industry and career-focused: 5-10 + years' experience in commercial property development lending.
