They are responsible for (but not limited to):Manage daily allocated assessments and bookingsCarry out assessments and image assessing, scope the damage on the vehicle and manage the customer expectations.Support the Estimator and other team members as requiredMaintaining internal systemsThis role requires someone with automotive experience along with strong customer service and computer skills.
