You will support the Head of Funding and Group Treasurer in all aspects of funding programs. Key responsibilities include analysing trust performance, monitoring compliance with trust triggers and parameters, managing warehouse transaction documentation, modelling liability structures and supporting cost of funds calculations.This role serves as the coordinator for the Treasury reporting channels into various committees and executive forums, including the preparation of committee papers and Board materials. Additionally, the Treasury Manager develops investor and transaction-related presentations, coordinates debt investor and rating agency events and acts as the primary control point for investor inquiries and due diligence requests.The Treasury Manager also provides support for deal execution, including input into structuring and reviewing transaction documentation, and monitors debt investor participation in financing vehicles. The role fosters relationships with key investment banks and serves as a subject matter expert for the Treasury and Finance teams.What you will be doing• Investor Relations and Presentations:Create and develop materials for investor days, servicer presentations, credit ratings, roadshows and securitisation conferences.Act as the primary control point for investor questions and due diligence inquiries.• Committee Coordination:Coordinate executive committee and related sub-committees reporting, preparing timely committee and Board materials.• Trust and Compliance Monitoring:Analyse trust performance and monitor compliance with triggers, parameters and obligations.Maintain the Treasury Dashboard, testing and reporting against early warning indicators, including risk appetite metrics and key performance indicators.• Transaction and Deal Support:Assist with deal execution, including structuring input and reviewing transaction documentation.Track and analyse debt investor participation across financing vehicles.• Hedging and Cash Flow Management:Assist with group hedging activities.Maintain and test Treasury cash flow models and forecasts under various scenarios.Monitor, stress test and maintain corporate cash forecast for Treasury.• Policy and Process Management:Create and update Treasury policy and process documentation.Implement process improvements and efficiencies, identifying emerging risks.• Ad-Hoc Projects and Leadership:Contribute to special projects as required.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders, attending committees and Boards as requested.Your background• Tertiary and professional qualification with relevant corporate experience, preferably in the Non-Bank Financial Institution sector.• Extensive knowledge of the lending industry, with experience in a similarly complex organization.• Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels.• A customer-centric mentality with the ability to simplify complex financial information and focus on key issues.• Problem-solving tenacity with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and different priorities.• Commercial Acumen to make sound judgements with a focus on continuous improvement and driving efficiency and simplification.Why work for Allied Credit?• Work-life balance - hybrid working arrangements allow a balance of working from home and the office, and we are always willing to discuss flexible working options.• Wellness day to take a day off for some R&R around your birthday and a Volunteer Day to support your community.• Discount offers on selected retailers, car loans and novated leasing options.• A learning environment where we take your development and career aspirations seriously.• 16 weeks of paid parental leave along with Salary Continuance Insurance.We want individuals who will buy into and thrive with Allied Credit's Values of Customer Focus, Adaptability, Risk Confidence, Integrity and Teamwork.Allied Credit pledges to treat all candidates with the utmost respect and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
