Key Responsibilities
Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales Who are you?

Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets GDS experience preferred Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry is preferred Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently Culture: You will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry.
