On Call: Yes. 1-3 days a week and every 3rd weekend

Requirements: IL License 2+ years experience in a Cath Lab ARRT BLS ACLS, RT(R) COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical Exemptions Only

Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions
