Based in Brisbane, Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre's external education business - offering university level courses with jobs and careers in the Travel and Tourism industry.
We have an opportunity for a Facilitator whose focus is to deliver exceptional student learning experiences for a tertiary-level Diploma of Travel and Tourism qualification. This role is vital in engaging students and ensuring their compliance with tertiary education standards and business operations.
The Facilitator will assist in creating and delivering an engaging and interactive learning environment that inspires our students by fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
This role can be based in BNE/SYD/MEL/PER.
What you will be doing: Online facilitation of course subjects, Q&A sessions, role plays, coaching calls and O-Week sessions In-person facilitation of course subjects and student events Conduct coaching calls regularly Student support through our One Best Way processes of extensions, academic integrity, and assessments Provide clear outcome-based feedback to students Grading of student assessments (role plays, essays, case studies, presentations) Assessment moderation Scholarly projects Monthly subject set up and reporting Who You Are... Minimum 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism industry Previous facilitation and/or training experience Have a strong focus on development and teamwork Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Be self-driven, self-motivated individual, who can demonstrate these skills daily to students You'll earn extra points with...
