Transport & Waste -Account Manager

Your responsibilities will include: Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times Conduct site visits as required Empower a safe workforce Attend to pay queries and payroll emails promptly Identify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunities Conduct risk assessments for client sites and new clients using LP's risk assessment procedure Conduct monthly job observations and toolbox talks for all designated clients PLEASE NOTE - THERE WILL BE SOME EARLY MORNING INDUCTIONS The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for: Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment A proactive and energetic approach to your work Exceptional time management An understanding and appreciation of compliance A strong internal & external rapport with key stakeholders Able to multi-task in this exciting high volume environment Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Experience in managing a team and providing feedback and at times performance managing staff Car and license If this sounds like you, please send us your resume by clicking on APPLY .
