We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to support daily transport activities with our highly valued customer based at Derrimut.This role is an ideal opportunity for development, working closely with supply chain experts to ensure appropriate resources are available and utilized to meet demand whilst maintaining a safe working environment for employees and our sub-contracting partners. Key areas:Allocate equipment and drivers to deliver operational efficiency with a focus on load consolidationEffective management and development of driver workforce to provide efficiencyProactive relationship management with customer and key stakeholdersPlan efficient timeslots with a focus on safety, COR and load restraintWork closely with our sub-contracting partners to maintain network capacityValidation of order information from the customer and assignment of loads to driversProactive safety and compliance management with a focus on health and wellbeingAre you the one?The Transport Supervisor is the key customer contact with operational, safety and customer responsibilities so perfect for someone looking for growth and development. As a proactive person with a high attention to detail and passion for supply-chain you will hit the ground running.
