This is a permanent Full Time opportunity.Reporting to the Category Manager – Subcontractors within the Supply Chain and Procurement team, the role will also have an indirect reporting line into the Operations team on the large Key Account, with a key focus on proactively managing the contract glide path savings, ensuring accurate updates are given to the client that achieve business and client goals. You will also identify and lead project initiatives within the account delivering savings, operational efficiencies and risk mitigation to the operation. This is a key 'hands on' role in the Supply Chain and Procurement team, which will shape business improvement through detailed analysis that challenges the status quo to deliver true impact with involvement in procurement process review and presentation of analytical data and solutions to inform the Category Manager and National GM Business Performance of potential project saving strategies.The role will have two direct reports (Senior Procurement Officers).
