We have an opportunity for a motivated and methodical individual to join our Victorian Transport Operations team in the Container & Wharf division, based at our MHF in Tottenham, VIC.

The purpose of the role is to perform all aspects of transport and administrative duties within our Container & Wharf operations divisions.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Paperwork preparation and issue with an eye for detail Liaise directly with customersSupport Bulk transport operations and other business units as requiredRaising consignment notes and preparing all associated dispatch documentation for driversSchedule delivers in line with NHVR and Mass Management proceduresData entryFollow various processes Prepare customer reportsManage DIFOT for the relevant cost centreAssist in organising required maintenance to fleet and assets for the business unitCustomer serviceAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve desirable outcomes Other administrative duties as required The ideal candidate Experience within a similar role within the transport industryMethodical and able to work with multiple processesHigh focus on safetyHave excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to communicate with diverse audiencesAbility to work autonomouslyHave a can-do attitudeWillingness to complete a range of administrative tasksOutstanding attention to detailThis Permanent Full-Time role is key to our operation and would suit a friendly, positive, and motivated individual keen to develop their transport industry career across varies business units within FBT Transwest.
