Transport & Export Coordinator Permanent

Our client is Australia's first specialist in dangerous goods transport, shipping hazardous goods both domestically and internationally for 40 years with precision and safety.
You will join the company as a Transport and Export Coordinator working from their Tullamarine office.
You will work Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm.
Working with a major client, you will manage all sea and air freight nationally and internationally.
You will also: Manage the process of customs of export and imports including all freight documents Communicate with the customer regarding updates and be their point of contact for enquiries Organising cartage of imported dangerous goods to customers 3PL warehouse Update customer accounts on CRM About You: Prior experience in freight / transport / logistics essential Full understanding of export / import regulations Prior experience in Dangerous Goods is advantageous but not required as training will be provided Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure constant communication Collaborative and team player Process driven Set yourself up for a long-term career with a supportive and collaborative company who are invested in their people.
