Enjoy great rewards and benefits.About The RoleThe Transport Coordinator plays an important role at Southern Cross Care, helping older people to stay connected to services, family members and friends in their community.
In doing so, they will help to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of our residents and clients.
The Transport Coordinator collaborates with a range of internal stakeholders to coordinate our transport vehicle fleet including Care Cars and Buses, manage our employed and volunteer drivers, coordinate transport service bookings, and drive the operational delivery and growth of our transport services.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Experience in the transport, logistics and/or community services sectorExperience coordinating projects or programs within an organisationExperience managing or coordinating staff and/or volunteersStrong administration, coordination and communication skillsPeople management and leadership skillsYou will also hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
