Job Highlights: Coordinate, check, and process all paperwork related to pallets and PODs, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies. Maintain and manage pallet control using the 2ic Pallet System. Provide administrative support for finance and compliance teams. Be the first point of contact for visitors and assist with general office administration. Salary $70,00 to $75,000 + super What experience will you need? Must have worked in a Transport company within the last 4 years. Experience in transport or logistics administration. Experience managing PODs, pallet control, or similar processes. Experience working with transport documentation and coordinating with drivers or subcontractors. Knowledge of industry-specific systems such as the 2ic Pallet System or similar. Provide general administrative support across finance and compliance.
