We're looking for a positive, organised and motivated person to assist the Operations Manager with transport coordination.

The role You'll undertake a range of tasks assisting the Operations Manager with transport coordination/allocation, including:

Respond to phone and email enquiries/bookingsCreate local and interstate bookings using our software system
Book vehicle servicing, maintenance and COI bookingsProcess maintenance request forms and ensure paperwork/systems are up to dateLearn the process of transport allocationLiaise with customers, drivers and other stakeholders
