You will oversee 5 direct reports and work closely with State Sales Managers to deliver the Queensland sales result. You will navigate the Trade Stores Strategy for Queensland in one of the biggest impacting roles with the business. You will ensure that the entire network is structured to deliver maximum result and best in class for our customer base as well as identify which store-model is best employed in each catchment taking into consideration future growth opportunities.Based out of Rocklea,QLD with flexible working options, this is a brilliant opportunity to make an impact across the business.
