This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role, you will oversee a team of testers and guide them through the testing process, ensuring effective management of test cases, planning, and design.
You will also provide quality assurance, oversee documentation and management of defects, as well as provide continuous improvement of testing processes.
This role is key in quality assurance and ensuring that our technologies work efficiently and meet the standards required to function effectively.
About you
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years experience working in the testing space with 3+ years working as a test lead or higher managing teams and projects Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders Be ISTQB certified Recognition & Reward
