Transformer Assembly & Maintenance Supervisor $160,000 – $180,000 pa plus vehicle and super
Konic Group, based in Adelaide, is looking to expand our dynamic team. We are seeking an experienced Transformer Technician with a background in transformer assembly and/or maintenance.
Role Overview: The successful candidate can be based Australia wide and will join us full-time, taking on a leadership role within the team, with regular overtime and travel.
Responsibilities will include: Primary electrical construction and assembly Refurbishing transformers OLTC Maintenance Transformer Bushing Changes Oil Filtration and Regeneration Leading a team and ensuring project deadlines are met Planning and booking equipment and contractors Completion of safety and quality documentation Implementing environmental plans Key Requirements: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a drive for quality and safety Strong ability to build customer relationships Proven ability to work effectively in a team Previous experience operating an oil filtration plant is advantageous What We Offer: Opportunity to work with the latest Australian-made oil filtration and de-acidification plants Continual growth and evolution in the high voltage industry Frequent interstate travel, with the renewable construction market in Australia growing exponentially in all states Is This Role for You?
