Transformation Project Lead.

If you would like to find out what we are delivering and what we think is important, check out our LinkedIn Company PageYour opportunitySupporting the Group Manager responsible for Transformation, this role will be crucial in shaping the future of our organisation by reviewing and refining our current operational structures, exploring alternative delivery models, and leading complex projects from inception to completion. You will be a key member of the Transformation team and be accountable for:Conducting thorough discovery and review processes of existing operational structures/functions.Making strategic recommendations on how to streamline processes and practices.Exploring and recommending alternative delivery models, including offshore and outsourcing options.Leading the integration of new technologies to enhance efficiency.Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, to align with the transformation objectives.Planning, executing, and delivering complex projects while effectively managing risk and driving organisational change.What we would like you to possess:Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering impactful results.Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.Ability to lead change initiatives and drive transformation across the organisation.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence senior leadership.This role supports the CPB Contractors business across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea and will be based in one of our HQ locations.We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQ+ community, mature workers, Veterans and active-duty armed forces, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
