How you'll make an impact As the Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating both direct and indirect reports to achieve the desired transformation outcomes.
You will use your expertise to influence decisions, understand the broader implications of changes, and effectively communicate the consequences to all relevant parties.
Please note this a 2 year Maximum term contract.
On a day to day basis you will: Creating and implement a comprehensive strategy that outlines the objectives, scope, and approach for managing change within the business unit Ensures the team have the necessary skills, knowledge and tools to deliver change initiatives Identifies and addresses any resistance to change by providing support, addressing concerns, and facilitating open communication Project management of the overall transformation process including coordination and oversight of all transformation activities Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of GB, RTWSA and EML to gain their support and involvement in the change process Implements a comprehensive communication plan to inform and engage stakeholders about the change initiatives, their benefits, and expected outcomes About you We are interested in hearing from people who have: Extensive workers' compensation experience across multiple areas Experience in managing and developing teams Demonstrated experience in resource management to achieve desired outcomes Effective communication skills to influence and convey decisions and consequences Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills as well as a team player attitude Demonstrated high levels of autonomy with a learning mindset.
