Transformation Consultant – Ways of Working Program (Technology & Data) Full timeAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsThe OrganisationThis progressive and diversified enterprise organisation is focused on architecting culture and ways of working that deliver customer impact and promote healthy, autonomous, creative, and joyful people experience.The OpportunityThis is a critical role will form part of a new Ways of Working (WOW) Squad that was recently established to disrupt and challenge existing constructs and support the design and adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.Supporting the data and technology segments, you will play a key role in defining ways of working at an enterprise level and support the executive team and senior leaders to bring these ways of working to life across their business hubs.Key accountabilities that will maximise impact include:  Leading Communication of Ways of Working: Lead the discussion on challenges and opportunities regarding our ways of working at a team level, fostering understanding and alignment.Transition and Capability Planning: Translate insights on current team readiness into actionable plans for transitioning and building necessary capabilities.Alignment and Mobilisation: Ensure alignment and understanding of high-level ways of working strategy and playbook within their areas of responsibility, facilitating deployment.Integration with People Experiences: Connect ways of working approach with core people experiences such as performance management, goal setting, culture development, and leadership, enhancing organisational coherence.Initiative Deployment and Advocacy: Champion initiatives emerging from the work reinvented program, driving experimentation and improvement efforts.Skill Development and Coaching: Develop team members' skills in various ways of working methods through coaching, training, mentoring, and facilitation, fostering impactful collaboration.Continuous Improvement Facilitation: Conduct ways of working experiments and facilitate forums to foster continuous improvement within the team's processes.Cross-Functional Cohesion: Foster cohesion among cross-functional teams by collaborating closely with hub and squad leads, proactively resolving tensions within the model.Alignment with Organisational Principles: Ensure ways of working approach is informed and enabled by organisational 'ways of being' principles, harmonizing mechanics and dynamics.To Be SuccessfulTo thrive in this role, you will possess exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication capability as well as the ability to influence and facilitated outcomes across complex and ambiguous organisation dynamics.Transformation leadership experience gained within a consulting or a progressive enterprise organisation will be valuable and it is essential that you demonstrate experience facilitation new ways of working and program outcomes across technology, data and/or digital teams.Leveraging a tool kit that includes Human-Centered Design, Agile, Lean strategic planning and delivery management capability will be key to your success and fostering a positive work culture where innovation thrives, and individuals feel empowered to contribute their best ideas without fear of judgment is essential.The BenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team to disrupt enterprise systems, experiment and iterate self-managed ways of working that embed culture with joy and creativity.Whilst it will be important to collaborate at times with colleagues and key stakeholders in the Melbourne head office to support innovation and adoption outcomes, an ongoing commitment to flexibility and hybrid ways of working is on offer and we are interested in hearing from talent placed Nationally.Keen to be part of meaningful change?
