Desirable attributes include:Externally focused, with proven capability in business development, client relationship development, developing the pitch (sales/ marketing), and commercial acumen. A successful track record of providing advisory consulting within power infrastructure businesses. Degree level qualification – business management, engineering, economics, or other relevant field. At least 10 years of experience working with asset-intensive organisations. Experience such that you can operate effectively within a consulting business. General management function within the power sector. Demonstrable commitment to and skills for developing the performance of colleagues. Excellent stakeholder management, business networking and communication skills. Understanding of the regulatory environment specific to power businesses. Takes personal responsibility for work and colleagues' work, ensuring it is always of a high standard. Willingness to commit the additional time and effort necessary during periods of heavy workload to deliver high-quality outputs, agreed milestones and deadlines.
