About the role: Transmax has grown significantly over the last 2 years, and we are not slowing down! We're in the next exciting stage of our growth phase which is why we are now recruiting for a Transformation Change Management Lead. Joining the Corporate Transition and Transformation office, you will perform a business critical role ensuring successful implementation of organisational change. You will be responsible for determining change strategies and planning change management for both the wider organisational transformation and for internal project change management.
Your varied role will encompass establishment of the Transition Office Change Management Practice, change management, transformation strategy and reporting and analysis.
A snapshot of your day-to-day: Leveraging newly established framework and building out artefacts to support a new change management practice.Working with the PMO and project managers to ensure embedding of new processes to support the practice.Establishing standard processes and practices for Impact, Risk and Resistance management across the change portfolio.Change management support for strategically important projects.Change management support for enterprise transformation including; people change to support ways of working change through transition state (3-5yrs) and final operating model change as well as structure changes, process and procedure change, ensuring sustainability and adoption.Support for Transformation Change Management Strategy development and support for customer transitions, including engagement strategy support.Identifying any further resource requirements associated with change management as well as management of any additional change management resources.Develop and maintain change management dashboards and reports to track key change management metrics.Present findings and insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.About You: You will be degree qualified (Relevant change management qualification/certification) and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management and/or strategic support roles.
Your toolkit for success: Proven experience in supporting large-scale corporate transitions/transformations or organisational change initiatives.Significant experience in senior stakeholder management and working with technical and non-technical staff.Experience and management in identifying and mitigating risks associated with transformational change management programs.Experience in identifying and conducting detailed impact assessments, including recommendations to senior stakeholders.Advanced, clearly demonstrated experience in: Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word and Excel, Sharepoint and Atlassian products – JIRA and Confluence.Experience working in IT environments.Ideally experience in working with Boards and Executives.What does Transmax offer?
