We provide a full suite of Securities Services in more than 100 markets, including our proprietary network of over 60 branches and across 23 fund domiciles. Our solutions include custody, clearing, asset servicing, fund administration, ETF services, middle office, agency securities lending, collateral management, transfer agency, and fiduciary services. The goal, in collaboration with Technology and Product partners is to define and execute a project plan which is in line with Digital Strategy for Transfer Agency in APAC. This role will be member of a team responsible for delivering the TA operational streams of the Transfer Agency APAC Digital First Program. The role is diverse, and the individual will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of all operational aspects of the program, including but not limited to designing the operating model in collaboration with Product partners, data analysis/cleansing, operational requirements gathering, BRD documentation, testing operational readiness, migration and operational execution for each milestone and all related Business analyst tasks. There will be a close working relationship with internal partners in the Digital First Program, Technology, Product, and eventually Client Executive and Account Management. The role-holder will form part of our Transfer Agency Digital First Team and will be expected to provide input to operational and project decisions. They will participate/lead presentations/workshops with SME's and management. Problem solving, experience in implementing digital systems and data analysis are key requirements for the role. In this role, you're expected to: Assist with designing the go to operating model for the APAC Transfer Agency. Assist with the compilation of business cases and benefit estimates. Support planning and inputs into day-to-day activities of a program or portfolio of programs for TA operations. Provide input into defining and documenting the scope of the project. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to document requirements. (KBR's - Key business requirements & BRDs Business requirement documents) Work with technology and vendor partners to map data flows. Provide expertise and analysis in the identification and resolution of issues. Works with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meet business objectives. Manages deliverables through direct and indirect people management, setting clear objectives aligned to project goals and monitoring progress against key milestones. Strict adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery. Work with PM to estimate work efforts and validate project plan. Raise to programme on a timely basis any issues and risks identified. Provide input into migration strategy. Assist with definition of test strategy and associated testing. Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards. Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of more junior members of the team and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: 5 years of relevant Transfer Agency experience or general funds industry. 10 years + of Business Analysis/project experience, with demonstrated experience in defining operational processes, system deployments and/or Client migrations. Demonstrate experience of working with Digital platforms and systems. Previous experience working with large quantities of data. mapping, reconciling, Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a business analyst on large projects/programmes. Experience in estimating work effort for project tasks. Excellent communication skills, written, oral and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients. Demonstrate an awareness of and experience operating in regulatory environment impacting Transfer Agency. Previous experience working in an operational area transforming to a digital operating model, is preferred. Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) background, Integrations using API (Data Payload) and Big Data a distinct advantage. Analysis and solving of complex problems and ability to communicate and translate to complexities to senior audiences.
