DescriptionAre you wanting to kick off a career in finance and wanting to join a technology business? We are looking for x2 Transactional Officers to join our team and help us deliver mission critical projects. If you are wanting to step into a role where your input is truly valued, this role is for you!


Both roles are full-time 6-month fixed term contracts, with the potential for extension or conversion to perm based on business needs and performance. The roles are based in our Brisbane office 4 days a week and will be reporting to the Director of Finance.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will setup all new customer accounts and ensure information is accurate. You will assist with customer account credit collections by phone and email and receipt payments. You will help with internal or external customers enquiries. You will support accounts payable with entry of vendor bills and reconcile accounts when required. You will become familiar with and uphold finance quality policies and systems. You will manage the email inboxes and assist in general ad hoc finance tasks. ABOUT YOU? Experience working in a similar finance role such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is highly regarded but not mandatory. You have customer service experience and are passionate about delivering a great interaction. You have strong attention to detail and can problem solve using initiative (data entry experience highly desirable). You are strong communicator who can collaborate to work as a team and autonomously, as needed. You have intermediate excel skills and can navigate a spreadsheet comfortably.
