Transactional Officer

Our client is a leading global provider of cloud-based software and technology solutions, offering critical information services and workflows to clients worldwide. They are currently seeking a Transactional Officer to join their finance team based in the Brisbane CBD for 3-4 months. This role will support the integration plan delivered to the board, focusing on transactional and general finance duties.
What you'll do:Set up all new Customer accounts ensuring all information is accurate.Receipt payments accurately onto customer accounts.Reconcile accounts when required.Assist with internal or external customers enquiries.Support accounts payable with entry of vendor bills.Adhere to the company's and finance department's quality policies and systems.Assist in general ad hoc finance tasks.What you need:Proven experience working in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role.Experience in customer-facing roles.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Understanding of company's and finance department's quality policies and systems.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
