Training Systems Officer

As a Training Systems Officer in the Navy, you'll design, develop and manage adult education and vocational training systems and solutions across the force. You'll work on developing, designing and evaluating training solutions and workplace assessment processes, training management and governance, and facilitating the training and development of instructors. Key responsibilities include identifying individual competency needs, administering training and assessment systems, and providing advice on education and training policy.
