This position of Training Coordinator - AMO is responsible for project managing the review, planning, and maintaining the AMO training needs and coordinating the delivery of the training.
The role will be required to coordinate the control of processes and procedures that ensure regulatory and company training compliance is maintained.
A focused approach to increase a sustainable training model, transactional compliance and visibility, whilst providing an enhanced customer service.
The Training Coordinator - AMO provides capability in identifying and implementing solutions that deliver improved financial performance whilst ensuring all safety and quality compliance requirements are met within the Qantas Link maintenance business.
The position is the principal point of contact for the project management of the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and delivery of training.
The role is required to lead and manage the assigned responsible stakeholders for their assigned base or bases in line with the requirements set out in the TNA/training plan.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support as a focal point for QantasLink Aircraft Maintenance for all AMO Training requirements, assessments, communications and dissemination.
Coordinate the control of processes and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance with the QantasLink CASA MOE, WHS legislations and the Company Suite of Manuals and Standards.
Support the analysis and timely compilation of the TNA requirements and present internally to QantasLink Maintenance management.
A focused approach to increase a sustainable training model, transactional compliance and visibility, whilst providing an enhanced customer service.
Support and manage the TNA in conjunction with available data and AMO Production stakeholders.
Manage planned training capacity workload levels within acceptable range of MOU targets.
Align with stakeholders and QantasLink Management to benchmark training standards to support the strategic and financial planning of QantasLink maintenance Comply with the Group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace.
What you'll bring to the role: 5 years' experience in relevant business area Tertiary Qualification (Cert IV Training and Assessment is desirable) Demonstrated knowledge of CASR Part 145 & 66 Knowledge of mandatory training requirements under the CASR (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation) Part 145.
Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to engage, develop, coordinate and to delegate work.
Understanding of Aircraft Line and Base Maintenance and Operations.
Knowledge of relevant aircraft maintenance / overhaul documentation and planning processes.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with, and influence, all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing.
