Primary Objective: Provide a high level of administrative support to the PFES College eLearning team, including assisting with quality assurance, data reporting, and coordinating online training activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide administrative support services to ensure processes and guidelines are implemented and maintained in accordance with College requirements. Develop and/or maintain appropriate eLearning systems to coordinate, record, and track continuous improvement measures and tasks/projects assigned. Assist with the design, development, and review of College online training and assessment resources using MS Office, multi-media, and e-learning technologies. Undertake research, gather, and maintain statistical data to assist in producing high-quality reports and documentation. Maintain effective relationships with all levels of staff within the College and external stakeholders. Selection Criteria:
Essential:
Experience in administrative coordination of education courses/programs in an adult education context. High level of client-focused services and ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make informed decisions. Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to investigate issues and maintain high standards of accuracy. Demonstrated planning, organisational, and time management skills with capacity to prioritise competing requirements, balance changing priorities, work under pressure, and meet critical deadlines. Well-developed knowledge of multi-media and e-learning technologies including MS Office applications for the extraction and manipulation of data and report writing. Sound oral and written communication skills. Desirable:
