Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Capita is the lead partner in the Fisher Training consortium who aim to transform and modernise the Royal Navy's shore-based training across 16 sites in the UK under Project Selborne.
In this role, you'll create course templates, allocate resources, and produce timetables to ensure all training meets our high standards and contractual requirements.
