As one of NSW's fastest growing regional Councils, Maitland City Council is embarking on a 2-year ERP implementation and migration program. Maitland City Council has selected the TechnologyOne, One Council ERP SaaS solution and we are recruiting for roles within our ERP Program team.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a thorough training program focused on the adoption of TechnologyOne. You will provide comprehensive training sessions to a diverse workforce within the Local Government sector.
Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Experience and Change, you will be crucial in the development and creation of training content aligned to the MCC's TechnologyOne configuration, becoming a champion of change and providing continued support throughout the adoption process.
Additionally, you will be heavily involved in project development and planning meetings to ensure that the training aligns with key project milestones, ensuring training is delivered in tandem with system go-live dates and critical phases of the rollout.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in ERP transformation projects, with experience in both developing training modules and materials, as well as delivering training.
You will hold a Certificate IV or higher in frontline training and assessing and/or demonstrated experience in Organisational Change Management.
Our ideal candidate will also have experience with TechnologyOne and working within local government.
This is a temporary role, for a 24 month duration, working 35 hours per week.
