As the Training Planning Analyst Flight Crew , you will be responsible for managing the planning and operational environment for the Training Scheduling team.
This role will also act as a subject matter expert, providing assistance and training for the Coordinator Training Scheduling, Flight Crew team members regarding everyday duties, interpretation and implementation of industrial awards / legislations and the execution and adherence to department procedures.
This role is also critical to support the training scheduling team including through periods of high training volume, working with stakeholders across the Qantas Group You'll have - Exemplary communication skills with the ability to create lasting relationships across stakeholders at all levels Thorough knowledge of Crew Planning processes and the flying program with at a minimum of 2 years' experience in crew planning and/or operations area Broad understanding of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations and EBA interpretation skills Proven ability to work in a team collaboratively, be highly motivated and goal driven while working calmly under pressure Ability to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs and challenge existing work practices Lateral thinking, strong analytical skills, and proven decision-making capability Ownership of personal accountability for decisions and actions Highly proficient computer literacy including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience in Training System e.g.
