What we have on offer : As our business continues to grow, we continue to foster our customer first philosophy. To support our compelling offering, we are seeking a Training Officer to join the Training Team to upskill and provide technical expertise.
You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering the Bullivants national technical training and competency for both internal and external customers. This includes researching, designing and facilitating best practice educational training sessions to further develop the skills and knowledge of our technical services team members.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based from Bullivants Eastern Creek or Newcastle. Given the nature of this role, there will be the requirement for travel to other Bullivants sites across the East Coast.
What your new role entails : Delivery of technical training and assessment to all new Bullivants employeesSupport with technical assessment of external customersReviewing and assessing the ongoing competency of employeesRegular travel to Bullivants and customer sitesDelivering training face to face or virtually as requiredWhat you will bring : Ideally, you will have qualifications including : Certificate IV in Training and AssessingRIIHAN208E – Perform Dogging or equivalentRIIHAN305D Operate a Gantry or Overhead CraneRIIWHS204E Work Safely at HeightsNATA Accredited for ISO17025 & ISO17020You will also have : A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background – preferred but not essential.
