Training Manager

Our client is a key regulatory body responsible for upholding quality, safety, and consumer independence in a nationally significant sector. With the sector experiencing significant growth and evolution since its inception, the organisation faces critical challenges that require transformative solutions. To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking for: We are seeking an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in designing user-focused training programs, including the use of innovative media to enhance outcomes. The ideal candidate excels in developing training strategies, engaging stakeholders, and delivering non-technical materials that effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proven leadership in guiding teams and aligning training objectives with program outcomes is essential for success in this role.
