We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training solutions.
This L&D Manager role is integral to ensuring that both staff and users are prepared to adopt new processes and practices.
In this senior Training Manager role, you will independently manage a team, engage with stakeholders, work with the Change Management team and create a positive learning environment aligned with organisational goals.
You'll have the autonomy to shape, deliver, and refine training strategies that drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and continuous refinement of user-focused training strategies.
Oversee the creation of engaging and accessible training materials.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for internal staff and external users.
Act as the main point of contact for training initiatives, ensuring clarity and support.
Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent training procedures and processes.
Guide teams and drive impactful training initiatives with minimal supervision.
Utilise LearnHub and Rise360 to develop, release, and manage training content.
Ensure ongoing maintenance and development of training content Key Experience Required: Proven experience in a Training Manager, Learning and Development Manager or L&D Manager role.
Demonstrated experience in designing user-centred training Expertise in training strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and scheduling.
Experienced within large-scale or government settings.
Ability to guide teams, develop strategies, and align training objectives with program outcomes.
Ability to apply the application of innovative media to achieve better training, Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
Ability to develop non-technical training materials and communicate complex ideas effectively to a diverse audience Proficiency in conveying complex ideas in a clear, accessible manner.
Experience with platforms such as LearnHub or Rise360 for content development is highly desirable.
Desirable Skills: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
