Training Implementation Officer

Our client, a well regarded organization based in the South East of Melbourne, is seeking a Training Officer to join a major ERP implementation.

You will be working with key stakeholders to identify training needs and strategies, contribute to the development and implementation to the organization.

As such you will need:
Experience in developing and implementing training programs (ERP/CRM) Experience in training delivery and evaluation Experience with online and E-Learning Strong written and verbal communication skills Data analysis skills Change management experience Training and facilitating skills Demonstrated experience in developing, designing and facilitating training This is a great opportunity to work on a large program, in a great team environment on a day rate contract, in a hybrid working model.
