Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) SummaryOur client, a leading Defence Consultancy, is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to enhance Defence's workforce capabilities.
This role is vital in conducting training needs analyses and developing comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps and support workforce development.
About the PositionAs the Training & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing current knowledge and competencies, identifying training gaps, and developing learning pathways to upskill the technical workforce.
You'll design structured learning programs tailored to diverse job roles, ensuring alignment with strategic organisational objectives.
Your role will also involve project managing training initiatives and stakeholder engagement to deliver successful outcomes.
About YouYou will be an expert in training needs analyses and learning program development, particularly in Government or Defence contexts.
You have demonstrated experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and managing end-to-end training projects.
An additional requirement will be your effectiveness to train and guide those around you (APS staff) upskilling, to ensure they are effective contributors to this project.
