Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years in a training/ teaching/ learning and development role.Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure training competencies are met and maintained.Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.Diploma or Bachelor degree in Learning & Development or HR related field.
