Our client is a key regulatory body responsible for upholding quality, safety, and consumer independence in a nationally significant sector. With the sector experiencing significant growth and evolution since its inception, the organisation faces critical challenges that require transformative solutions. To address these, the Australian Federal Government has allocated substantial funding for a comprehensive IT upgrade aimed at enhancing system functionality, responsiveness, and risk management capabilities.
This multi-year transformation program will be delivered by a large, multidisciplinary team and demands specialised ICT and professional service expertise to ensure success.
What we're looking for: We are seeking a Training Delivery and Support Officer with experience in content development and release using platforms like LearnHub or Rise360. A background in Waterfall and Agile methodologies and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are highly desirable for this role.
