Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration and training support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs. Previous experience within the prestige automotive sector essential. Coordinating bookings and maintaining OEM training records and reports Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the H Harvey Prestige experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
