About therole As a Training Coordinator, you'llplay a vital role in driving the development and implementation ofinternal training programs across various departments. You'llcollaborate with managers to identify training needs, evaluateprogram effectiveness, and ensure compliance with safety andquality standards. If you're passionate about empowering employeesthrough training and have a knack for project management, this roleis for you.
KeyResponsibilities: Identify, develop, andcoordinate training content, leveraging both internal andexternal resources. Assist in the creation andapproval of the annual training plan, incorporating feedbackand suggestions. Collaborate with managers toidentify role-specific training needs. Assess and evaluate trainingdelivery to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Provide guidance and supportto workplace trainers and assessors, ensuring consistency andquality. Participate in systemupgrades and other projects as needed. Qualifications and SkillsRequired: Certificate IV in Training& Assessment or equivalent qualification. Strong project managementskills with the ability to oversee multiple taskssimultaneously. Excellent communicationskills across various mediums. Problem-solving abilities andkeen analytical skills. Outstanding interpersonal,organizational, and time management skills. Self-motivated and proactiveapproach to work. Attention to detail andcommitment to excellence.
