The ANU Residential Experience Division is notable for its quality, variety, and support of students' academic, leadership and personal development.
The Training and Non-Residential Hall Co-coordinator works as a member of the Residential Experience Division to deliver wellbeing and transition initiatives to support the success of non-residential students from all backgrounds.
Working under the broad direction of the Deputy Director, the Training and Non-Residential Hall Co-coordinator will work with a number of internal and external stakeholders, student staff and student volunteers to develop and support the transition, retention and success of students.
The role will also be responsible for the co-ordination of activities that support non-residential students.
The role will also centrally coordinate the training needs and recruitment for Student Leadership groups within the residences, with the support from Divisional staff.
This role requires an experienced person to take a holistic approach to student success and provide opportunities for students to connect with one another through educational programs that support student development The successful applicant will be able to work confidently in a complex environment, build a collective understanding of service development imperatives and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
