An exciting newly created role supporting the Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager in training and compliance functions across all business units of METTLER TOLEDO – ANZ.
This is a key role responsible for administration of training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in assessment, quality, health and wellbeing, safety and environmental systems to ensure the ANZ team meet our corporate responsibility targets.
This is a multi-functional role, where you will need to prioritise between training and compliance.
About you You are a confident and experienced administrator with at least 4 years' experience and a strong knowledge of training, safety, and quality principles.
You will have proven experience to ensure operating procedures and company policies are maintained in line with industry standards and WHS regulations.
A QA / document control background will be highly regarded.
If you are self-motivated, organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset, then this role will suit you.
Key Selection Criteria Problem-solving and using initiative.Enhancing and organising training programs that cater for the organisation.Assessing competencies to identify training needs.Exceptional time management and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.Qualifications Proficient experience in use of Microsoft products; Including Excel, Word and SharePoint.SAP and SkyTrust system knowledge is desirable.Experience with Learning Management Systems.Experience in assessing employee competencies to identify training needs.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.Certificate IV Work Health and Safety.Familiarity with training, safety and quality ANZ industry standards and regulations.Your application will include the following questions:
