UGL Defence has recently been awarded a contract for the Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance of the Defence Fuels Network. As we enter the long-term contract, we are recruiting a Training Coordinator to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.
The Role Reporting to the P&C Lead, the Training Administrator will be responsible for all mandatory UGL and Defence specific training for the DFN project. The administrator is responsible for, but not limited to:
Assign and schedule Defence specific training (online & face-to-face) for UGL employees, utilising the Defence Portal and One Learning.Maintain register of training to ensure compliance, including tickets, licences, course completion certificates and refresher dates.Work closely with UGL operations teams on-site and Defence to schedule training sessions.Support teams in establishing and managing national suppliers for industry training courses.Ad hoc work to support broader P&C and contract management team.What you Need The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Previous experience working in a similar role, high-volume administration role; Defence industry will be advantageous.Software system experience or proven ability to learn them quickly; One Learning highly regarded.Organised and methodical approach to work, with well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).Willing to be adaptable and flexible to support the broader team.UGL – Big projects.
