Location: RAAF Base Williamtown Category: Business Support Position Type: Permanent Job Reference: BOE/1813738 The Opportunity Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is one of the largest defence companies in Australia, and is now recruiting highly skilled and motivated individuals to support E-7 A Role Playing duties at RAAF Base Williamtown.
Opportunities to support the E-7 A Wedgetail Australian Program, in addition to potential international programs.
This position fulfils the vital support function of role-playing activities to support AEW&C mission-crew training and development within the whole-of-life system support of the E-7 A Wedgetail aircraft.
The position is located at RAAF Base Williamtown, but affords exciting opportunities to support AEW&C deployments within Australia and Internationally as required.

We are actively recruiting people with experience in the following fields to complement our close-knit team: AEW&C or AWACS Operators Air Surveillance Operators Air Battle Managers - ADGE Responsibilities Essential role-playing duties, which encompass high-end war fighting to support aircrew training prior to deployment to current operations.
Development & Maintenance of multiple high fidelity scenarios to support both initial and operational training.
Experience/Qualifications Completed Simulator Operator Course or have equivalent experience and/or understanding of RAAF and/or coalition Air Battle Management tactics.
Experience in AEW&C or AWACS environment as an Aerospace Systems Operator.
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) or equivalent qualification.
Eligibility Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
You may require a Foreign Work Authorisation (FWA) to commence in this position.
