Role Description This is an on-site role as a Trainer Assessor located in Townsville, QLD at Advanced Industry Training (AIT). As a Trainer Assessor, your responsibilities include conducting training and assessments for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, small businesses, government departments, and large corporations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the employability of students by ensuring they successfully complete qualifications and competencies. Qualifications Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualificationDemonstrate industry experience and current knowledge in the relevant fieldPossess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholdersShow a commitment to maintaining quality training standards and regulatory complianceAbility to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing student learning outcomes#J-18808-Ljbffr
