Our Opportunity Work Location:  Fortescue's Cloudbreak mine is located on the traditional lands of the Palyku and Nyiyaparli peoples.
Roster:  8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth Our Cloudbreak Mining team are currently seeking an Excavator Line Trainer who will be responsible and accountable for training, coaching and improving our Loading Unit and Ancillary Fleet Operators skills and complete efficacy assessments.
You will maintain your knowledge with WHS 2022 legislation and standards in place for electrical excavators implemented.
Key Responsibilities Train, deliver, coach and develop Mining Operators on mobile equipment Compliance to WHS 2022 Act and Regulations Develop training plans and identify training needs analysis Data-driven capabilities for safe, efficient production operations through continuous improvement Identify and lead improvements in operator performance and training processes Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training desirable Experience with Autonomous Operating systems is essential 5 years' experience on large Excavators, Wheel Loaders and Dozers in a production environment Experience with Ancillary, Electric Face Shovels and Cable Handling equipment Knowledge of Simulators Our Commitment Fortescue is deeply committed to providing a safe culture that builds respect, fosters inclusiveness, and values diversity.
