What We Offer: Competitive salary package with additional travel and meal allowances Flexible work arrangements: Full-time or contracting options available Opportunity to travel throughout Australia (with all costs covered) Cutting-edge course content and a tech-savvy operational environment Supportive team of administrators, trainers, and content engineers We will put you through your Certificate 4 in training and assessment Your Impact: Shape the next generation of HVAC experts through hands-on training Contribute to curriculum development and refine educational materials Innovate practical teaching aids and manage course equipment Conduct RPL interviews and assessments Ideal Qualifications: Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration OR Electrical Trade qualification with Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems Current Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) License TAE40122/16 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to complete) Previous training experience advantageous but not mandatory Key Responsibilities: Deliver face-to-face training courses Collaborate on curriculum enhancement Manage tools and equipment at various course venues Work closely with administration and other departments Travel Requirements: Up to two days per week interstate travel Flexible rostering ensures you return home weekly
