During our 12-24-month traineeship program, you will gain real world work experience while working toward a Cert.
III in Business Administration or Supply Chain Operations.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR The successful candidate will need to show commitment to fulfilling the training requirements.
You will be enthusiastic, a quick learner, have a high attention to detail, and display initiative.
You will be confident and articulate, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Lastly, you will know your way around a computer and have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, specifically Excel and Word.
You will be a company minded individual who takes ownership of their role and is a team player.
At the end of the 12-24-month minimum contract you would not only have a nationally recognised qualification but also have the opportunity to join Northline on a permanent basis and continue to progress to your career goals.
You are guaranteed to have developed: A customer centric approach to problem solving; Excellent data entry skills coupled with speed and accuracy; Knowledge of the Transport and Logistics Industry and databases; Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers; Previous experience working towards KPIs and targets; Good time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.

Completed minimum year 10 schooling.
Hold a Drivers Licence (Class C) – Provisional Licence is adequate.
Is eager and willing to learn, listen and enthusiasm to have a go.
Displays initiative and asks questions.
Is tech savvy, with a willingness to learn new communication skills & software programs.
Has a professional presentation, attitude, and good communication skills (written & verbal).
Shows commitment to fulfilling the training.
